Service via a bareboat charter company : BACPN captain function

The name of the skipper is reported as skipper on the rental contract of the bareboat charter company.

The skipper/boat hirer contract is completed and signed by both parties in duplicate.

Payment: Bank card or Cash - The invoice is given to the customer.

At the end of the service, the fuel is adjusted according to the consumption at the customer's expense and then the passengers are disembarked.

Closed fuel station: the estimated amount of fuel is provided by the bareboat charter company.

Service via a captain - Shipowner : as a rating forming part of a watch - Second captain - Tender driver

The work and position are defined in advance in order to calculate the amount of the benefit; the sailor's certificates are sent to the captain as well as the CV on request.

An estimated quote that includes information about the ship, the shipowner and its legal representative (Captain) is established, as well as:

the nature of the mission; the duration of the service; the coverage of food, transport and accommodation expenses.

The amount of the service per half day / day or nautical miles.

The quote is signed by the captain or the shipowner. The sailor's embarkation is recorded in the logbook; the sailor scans the logbook and a boarding letter is given to him.

The sailor's disembarkation is recorded in the logbook, the captain gives a disembarkation letter to the sailor who gives him the invoice paid with immediate effect.

French Flag : The signed quote, the landing letter, the paid invoice are authentic.

Foreign flag : The captain completes a translated form for embarking a seafarer flying a foreign flag, which he gives to the seafarer.
